The lobby was a nice spot to have a drink and chat, and the staff were so friendly. We loved the thermal pools, and both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were great. It seems like a perfect hotel for families with children. We'll definitely come back. Thank you so much!

There are plenty of pools, the bar is cheap, and the food was decent. But the room was in awful shape: the floor looked as if someone had vomited on it, the furniture was dirty, and I counted about 20 flying ants before I gave up. Mornings were noisy with staff talking loudly, cleaning, and unloading food. At 8:00, the receptionist said we shouldn't be sleeping because we should be eating. She also said she had bugs in her room and that this was normal. Some people want a clean, quiet place to rest on vacation, and that seemed hard for her to understand. For what they charge, the place isn't worth half the price. It has potential, but management and the old, indoctrinated staff don't seem to care. It feels more suited to retired people who don't need much rest. We'll come back and edit this, with photos, if our impression changes.

The staff were amazing and helpful, and I really appreciated how they organized the unforgettable evenings. The food was delicious too. My favorites were the Wax packs, and there are thermal pools, spacious clean rooms, and lots of ways to make a holiday enjoyable. I recommend the hotel and hope to return soon.

The reception, sauna, and pool were clean, and nearly all the staff were professional and very polite, apart from a few waiters. The room smelled a little. Breakfast was a strange take on a Swedish buffet: guests aren't allowed to serve themselves, and grumpy waiters bring tiny transparent slices. The morning coffee was terrible. Probably a good option for tourists who haven't stayed in four- or five-star hotels.
