What made us choose this place was how we were treated. We're on holiday and want to enjoy every minute, and the woman we spoke with was polite and courteous, unlike the condescending people at several other properties when we asked about travel vouchers. She gave us a lovely, sunny room and even included a coffee, which we hadn't expected. We chose the deluxe option since the price difference was small, and we're glad we did. We had a pleasant stay and are eager to come back. I don't understand the negative comments. I'm pretty sure they're from people who deserve the ratings they gave. This is somewhere we'd happily return to, and we plan to come back during the season to enjoy the swimming pools too.

The rooms are decent and everything looks okay, but I had a few issues. The bathroom towel I went to use had yellow stains. I checked the bed linen out of curiosity, and it was badly stained too. It had been washed and smelled nice, but it's still unpleasant to see marks like that. THERE WERE COCKROACHES IN THE CHANDELIER!!

We had a reservation, then were told less than 48 hours beforehand that there were no rooms left. The woman on the phone said we'd needed to pay a deposit to hold the room, but in a phone conversation four days earlier she hadn't mentioned that at all. Avoid this place!

I hesitated over booking because of the reviews, and the resort at May 1 seemed like it wasn't getting many visitors. The room was very clean, including the windows and furniture, and had a fridge, wifi, and tv. The staff were kind. The problem is how outdated everything is, from the doors to the bathroom fixtures. You can get stuck in the shower, and the hangers and toilet lid are all about to fall off.

Completely irresponsible. They cancelled my booking for some pointless reason, then I saw the room listed again at a higher price.
