A hidden gem, with cozy, clean rooms and comfortable beds. The staff are very friendly, and the food is delicious, especially the à la carte dishes. Highly recommend!

The spa and pool are wonderful for unwinding, and the procedures help people with breathing problems. We especially appreciated the attentive service from Diana and Adi at the treatment base. A great place with professional service, highly recommended.

The spa was lovely, and the two therapists I tried were extraordinary. There was a mix-up with the appointments, but they handled it really well and made everyone happy. We spent a long October weekend here in a double room with two adults and one child. It was very cozy and gave us that "palace" experience, an oasis in the middle of a beautiful old park where we could recharge. Everyone, from reception and cleaning staff to the waiters, was happy to help and gave the place a nice feel. Our room was very clean. The elevators were a little slow, but it wasn’t a problem. There’s chill classical music playing on the first floor, and the restaurant and terrace gradually open onto the park. A nice touch.

The food was good, and the hotel park is lovely, even without a mountain view. The spa and outdoor heated pool are great, and it’s cheaper than Balvanyos. Honestly, this was one of my best stays in Romania, and I’d really recommend it.
