Very Good Featured review

The hotel was noisy all night because it’s on the main road. The air conditioning was listed but didn’t work, and breakfast was awful. The coffee was the worst I’ve ever tasted. We booked online at what was supposed to be the lowest price, then found the hotel offering an even lower rate. They said we could only get that price by cancelling our reservation. They also gave us no invoice when we paid. Our first room was very dirty. When we asked to move, the next one was dirty too, with dead insects everywhere. It took another two hours for them to clean it, and we received no compensation. There are other hotels at similar prices that are much better, so I’d avoid this one.

The room was clean, but the bathroom had an odd smell. They offered to move me, and the bathroom in the other room didn’t smell.
