Our hiking group spent two nights here, and the stay was comfortable and convenient.

We had a good time in the end, and there was plenty of room to find a sunbed, with shade from the trees and nearby buildings. The pool setup was mixed: the largest seemed at least partly thermal, judging by its warmer temperature and color, the small children's pool was definitely the warmest and thermal, and the third pool was cold. People were using all three. Food and drink service was poor, and we mostly had to pay in cash. What made things uncomfortable was the staff's attitude. Nearly everyone seemed irritated and frustrated, often raising their voices and making customers feel awkward. The toilets were also badly designed and uncomfortable to use.

The beer server was wonderful. I had a toothache, and when every pharmacy was closed she gave me medicine. The pools, though, get far too crowded to imagine 500 people being comfortable there. The food was awful, with cold fries and sour rice; the rest was decent at best, so you may be better off just getting a drink. It seems to get worse every year, and with other places around, the price really isn’t worth it.

We went on Monday and had a horrible time. Dead, large insects were floating in the pools, along with lots of dirt from people's feet. The foot-cleaning basins at every pool were empty, so people walked barefoot over the concrete and carried that dirt straight into the water. There was no way to swim without getting insects in your hair, on your face, or even inside your underwear. We won't be back.
