Some parts of the hotel have been renovated, but the carpets, furniture, and bedding felt cold and didn’t smell very pleasant. The bathroom sink couldn’t be used because it leaked from the back. Cleanliness wasn’t impeccable, though I suppose that may be acceptable for a 2-star hotel.

The room cost too much for a 3-star hotel, and the bathroom was a disaster. The shower curtain was moldy, and a glass fixture fell and broke, nearly cutting my mother. The concierge then wanted my parents to pay for it. The bed was lumpy. A horrible stay, I do NOT recommend it.

The rooms are tidy and nice, with a great view and AC in every room. They’re average in size for a 3-star hotel, not especially large. The restaurant has a lovely terrace, quick service, and great food. The pool is great too, in depth, size, and water temperature.

I had a GREAT HOLIDAY and will return. The hotel is well located and comfortable, with attentive service, even though it isn’t brand new. My room had a nice view and decent facilities. The TV had a few great English and French channels, plus lots of Romanian folk music and programmes. The treatments included in my package were great. Claudia the massagist had golden hands, and her massages were among the best I’ve ever had. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of simple items to fill me up for the day. I had dinner every night, and it was delicious, especially the main course. MULTUMESC
