Hotel Regal

We had a terrible time at this awful “hotel”. They had no communication skills and never told us there’d be a huge party going on all night. The bass shook the walls and kept us awake for hours. Staff only said they were sorry and did nothing, and there was no reimbursement. The rooms were awful too, as if nothing had been updated or repaired in a decade.

We stayed three nights at Hotel Regal and were really happy with it. The rooms are nicely furnished, the mattresses are super comfy, and the whole building is brand new, clean and well maintained. We had a smooth check-in, and the staff were kind and quick to help, including with suggestions for places to visit and directions. The restaurant patio downstairs has a lovely atmosphere, and the food is delicious with a reasonable wait. I wish it were closer to downtown, but then it probably wouldn’t be so quiet and nicely situated. We’d love to come back more often. Thanks, Hotel Regal Team !

For a small town, this is the best hotel you can get. Everything else was good, but our room got very hot because the AC wasn’t working. Opening the windows made it okay. With a little more attention to the details, the place could be much better.

I booked 3 rooms for 3 nights, and the hotel was empty. After 2 nights, the owner knocked on our door and accused us of smoking in the rooms, which we hadn't done. We tried to explain that we didn’t have cigarettes with us because we’d left them in the car. We ended up having to leave earlier than we had booked. The way the hotel staff and owner treated us was disgusting. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Avoid this hotel. It’s as bad as it looks.
