Cabana Belis Dealu Negru

The cabin sounded like it had everything we needed, but in practice almost nothing was usable and so much felt improvised. Even the furniture looked like things other people had thrown out. There wasn’t anything interesting around for a walk or to see, either. We’d called the owner beforehand to ask about firewood, Wi-Fi, a barbecue area, and other things, and he said yes to all of it. He was polite and seemed fun when we arrived Friday evening. We paid for the first night, including about 15 euros extra because we didn’t have the exact amount. There was plenty of firewood, as promised, but it was all wet, so we struggled for hours to get a decent fire going. The fireplace itself was makeshift and difficult to use, and it sent a lot of smoke into the living room. The Wi-Fi didn’t work once all weekend. The rooms were just okay, with the bare minimum. On Saturday, when we met to pay the rest, he asked for more than we’d agreed on when we arrived, and seemed to have forgotten the roughly 15 euros we’d already paid. Never again!
