English House

It’s easy to walk from here to the old city center, and they accepted payment with an EdenRed vacation card. The rooms are minimalist and elegant, in a new, modern place. Deluxe rooms come with massage chairs. The bathroom and shower are spacious and clean, and there’s complimentary coffee in the hallway.

I spent three wonderful weeks at English House Bistrita, right in the heart of the city with easy access from the main street. The clean linen smell hit me as soon as I walked in, and I always looked forward to coming back to my room and that fresh scent. My room was tidy, with minimal decorations that gave it the English experience. I loved the massage chair and recommend choosing a room with one. The entrance has a smart lock, so getting to the rooms was easy at any time. Everyone on staff was super nice and wanted to make my stay comfortable. I also tried Salt Therapy sessions while I was there and recommend those too. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Bistrita.

The massage chair was a lovely surprise, and the location was beautiful and comfortable. But the cleaning solution left a strong smell in the room, and I found out I’m allergic to it. It wasn’t pleasant. I’d suggest using less of it or switching to a neutral-smelling cleaner.

There’s parking on site, and the staff are kind and friendly, just like in England 😀. The rooms are nice too. Best hotel we stayed at in Bistrita.
