We got a good night's rest after a long day. The room was quiet and clean, the beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated having a mosquito net on the window. Breakfast had lots of variety and was delicious, and the coffee was especially good. We felt comfortable and well looked after. We booked at around 9:30 PM and arrived quite late, at about 10 PM. Check-in was quick and everything went smoothly, with kind, welcoming staff. Our stay at Hotel Ozana was very pleasant. If we return to Bistrița, we'll stay here again. Highly recommended!

The breakfast had a great range, and the guy who served us was very friendly and hospitable. I found the place comfortable and welcoming, with spacious rooms and a nice design. The carpet could be cleaner, and the shower doors need to work better.

The hotel is just off the main road and opposite a big commercial plaza, which is convenient. The rooms are spacious and modern, the restaurant has a great food menu, and breakfast is very good. The staff are really helpful.

The food is good and it's a very nice place. I stayed here during winter and the room was only 17.5 degrees, which felt a bit chilly. They should make the rooms warmer.

The breakfast was really good, and the rooms were very comfortable. I just wish the reception staff were friendlier and gave guests more information.
