The price may be low, but the heating situation was unacceptable. It worked the first night, then was off the second, even though it was -4C outside. It only comes on when someone is in the room with the card in place, and that’s not okay even if the hotel has no guests.

Good prices, friendly staff, and really comfortable beds. The food was great too, especially the pancakes. I’d come back.

The staff were friendly and spoke English. We were there for a company event, and the whole hotel was booked for our group. The location is good, though the street runs right beside it. The rooms were okay for our stay, but I don’t think they’d be comfortable enough for a longer visit.

We were made to feel really comfortable by the lovely staff. The rooms were clean and well cared for, with a nice bathroom and a small fridge. The food was amazing, with generous portions and enough choice for everyone.

We stayed one night for a nearby wedding, after the family booked the hotel for us. It’s a well-kept, decent place for the price and location, more suited to a stopover. We slept well, and the room stayed at a comfortable temperature despite the 33 C weather. The bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. We borrowed an iron from reception. The electricity seemed a bit weak, and some guests had trouble with their entrance cards, but the staff helped sort that out. We had a pleasant stay.
