At reception, they said we had broken a chair that was already damaged and a glass cup. They also lied about the broken glass, then made us pay for things we hadn't broken. We were three people in the room. I don't recommend this hotel, and suggest finding somewhere else to stay.

The staff are very friendly, and the location is ideal for reaching the new spa in the central park, Fontana Spa & Balneo. It's a nice place to stay overnight and have dinner, though it's not fancy.

This is only about the restaurant. The portions are small: the grilled vegetables were about six pieces, around 100 grams in total. It took ages for someone to take our order, and even longer for the food to arrive. All I can say is they seemed like amateurs. Avoid it unless you're desperate.

The room had a chipped drinking glass, the wardrobe seemed flimsy, and the bed linen hadn't been washed. There weren't even basic hotel toiletries in the bathroom. The dinner and breakfast package was small, basic, and low quality, with no drinks, salad, or dessert included. At check-in, you have to pay the full amount upfront, before you can see how poor the food options are. The front entrance gets locked around 8 to 8:30 pm. If you go for a walk without your cell phone, the doorbell doesn't work and there's no one at the front desk, since all the employees are gone. The whole guest house is locked and empty, so you'd be stuck outside for the rest of the night. It's a big no from me. I don't recommend it. It feels like a tourist trap.
