The staff were friendly and really helpful, and the location made it easy to reach both the spa and town centre in about a five-minute walk. We appreciated being upgraded to a balcony room with a mountain view. The mattress felt old and uncomfortable, though, and we didn't sleep properly during our stay.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and waking up to the forest and landscape from our balcony was lovely. The fresh air in the morning was a real treat. Villa Montana turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. The hosts were welcoming and shared useful tips about nearby places to visit. There's an outdoor kitchen for cooking or having a barbecue in the garden, and you can ask the hosts to arrange breakfast too. Nearby, there are places to explore, good local food, the spa, and a bob track. Communication was easy since many people in the area speak several languages.

The only small hassle was the slightly awkward parking, which wasn't enough to spoil our stay. Everything else at this villa was perfect, from the rooms to the personnel. The staff were amazing and kept checking in to make sure we had drinks. They let us stay up late with the hookah after quiet hours, as long as we kept our voices down. I'd recommend this villa to anyone.

The hosts are lovely, and our room was very clean. The setting comes with incredible views, and because it's a little walk from the main attractions, it stays peaceful and quiet with no tourists around.

The staff were very friendly, and everything looked new and was very clean. Still, the hotel felt overrated to me. I think three stars would fit better than four, especially since you can hear noise from one room to another.
