The comfortable bed, decent TV, and average food were about the only positives. The hotel is a long way from the center of Bucharest, and the manager could use better people skills. I found him disrespectful, and saw him behave that way with others too. The toilet seat was broken, the shower drained poorly, and hot water took 15 minutes to come through. There was no kettle for making tea, and only two usable sockets, so charging more than two devices at once was a problem. Four people were put in a room meant for two, with two single beds pushed together and an inflatable mattress, which didn't respect consumer rights. There was no bin in the room, just a small one in the bathroom. The breakfast was among the worst I've had at a hotel.

We only stayed one night, and I wouldn't return. The rooms could have been cleaner and the bathroom badly needs updating. They charged us €60 per night, without breakfast, at a hotel that calls itself three stars. We paid another €4 for a very modest breakfast, then €2 extra for coffee. In my opinion, it wasn't worth the price.

The food doesn't vary, and it seems to be leftovers from events they hold. Cleaning happens just once a week, and only when you ask. You also have to request fresh towels. I left mine on the floor and the maid simply hung it back up. Service is really poor, and the employees lack basic decency. If you're a normal person, you'd probably want to avoid this hotel.

The balcony is the one good thing. The toilet has a large scale stain that looks awful, and the staff aren't very good at English. You have to ask before towels or the cleaning lady are provided. The food is more or less the same every day and isn't tasty. If you need anything that's not served as it should be, they make you wait until they have free time. This is a hotel I'd avoid.

The beds were great, the place was super clean, and everyone on staff was kind. It's a nice spot for a weekend, with air conditioning too. Breakfast wasn't good, but that was the only downside.
