The Lodge Transylvania

The setting was a big part of the appeal: a short drive from Bran's center, but away from the crowds and tourist noise, with nature and hiking trails just steps away. We enjoyed walks beside a lovely stream, and parking is available on-site. We stayed for a week in August with several couples and small children. The villa worked perfectly for us. Every room is a suite with its own bathroom, and the common space is huge, with a large living room, a big dining table, smaller tables that work for studying, and a bar. Outside there's a large terrace with a BBQ, stove, smoker, and bonfire area. It also has a hot tub, a sauna for an extra fee, lots of sun beds, and an amazing view. There's a tennis court, mini soccer area, trampoline, and playground for the kids. The facilities are excellent, the beds are big, and everything was clean. The hosts were organized and helpful whenever we needed anything. A great choice for the house and its surroundings, highly recommended.
