The open backyard was great for the kids to play in nature, and the apartment was modern and super clean. The kitchen had plenty of equipment, too. It’s a lovely little corner of heaven, run by amazing people. We loved the location, mountains, view, and peaceful atmosphere. We’ll be back.

We found a country lane lined with houses that leads up a hill, where you can see the whole Piatra Craiului ridge. You can also drive five minutes to Pension Andrei for a meal, but don't try walking there: there’s no sidewalk on the main road and cars go fast. Our top floor room faced Bucegi, and we watched the sun set on the ridge. From the pension, you can see Piatra Craiului on one side and Bucegi on the other. The room was spacious, clean, and stylishly minimalist, with big windows that let in natural light all day. The queen bed was comfortable, the bathroom was roomy, and the shower was interesting. There’s parking, and the host is kind. We had free tea and coffee in the kitchen in the morning. We had a really nice stay and will come back.

Marcel was the friendliest, most helpful host we could have asked for. The prices felt more than fair, and the rooms were modern and spotless. What really impressed us were the views, with Bucegi mountains on one side and Piatra Craiului on the other. A real gem of a place to stay.

The hosts were so welcoming and considerate, and the scenery was like a dream. We stayed for four nights and came away full of energy.
