We were close to both the center and the mall, which made the location really convenient. The food had a great selection, and our clean, roomy room came with a large bathroom, fridge, big wardrobe, soap and shampoo. The one problem was the heating. It wasn't working, so we had to ask for a heater because the room was really cold.

The parking was okay, and the staff were polite, helpful, and spoke English. But our room got cold at night because there was no heating. The bathroom also had an unpleasant mold and sewage smell. The air conditioner was a loud portable unit that only cooled the room.

Breakfast was the usual Romanian sort, with lots of meat, so whether you like it depends on your taste. Because a group was making noise at the hotel, they moved us on arrival to a suite in another building down the road. It was very spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the staff were very friendly.

Breakfast was tasty and cozy, served in a brand new space decorated with artworks. Our room was neat, and the location was great. There’s private parking, too. The staff were upbeat and helpful, thanks Andrei!

The bathroom could have been cleaner. Heating barely worked in the evening, then seemed to be completely off by morning.
