It was so loud that even moving in the creaky bed made noise, and people in the corridors kept waking us every five minutes. There was no control of asking them to be quiet. The shower was blocked, the water wasn’t hot, the room was too hot, and there were loads of mosquitoes. No AC, hairdryer, bottled water, shampoo, or hand towel. Towels weren’t changed and the room wasn’t cleaned on several booked days. Really disappointed. It’s just a bed, but too noisy to sleep.

The room was 250 lei on 30th December, then the same room went up to 350 lei on 31st December. We were first sent to the wrong room, with three beds instead of two, then moved to the correct one. On our first night, the shower flooded half the room and the heater didn’t work at all. My friend was freezing, even wearing all his clothes under a blanket, and still couldn’t sleep well. It gets down to 1°-0° in Brasov. In the morning the heater started working, because the knob was missing. We were then moved to a different room that we expected to be better, but it had the same issues: the shower flooded the whole bathroom and the heater didn’t work at all. Honestly the worst hotel I've been In.

They didn't honor the reservation. The way it was handled was very unprofessional, and they need a proper procedure so this doesn't happen again.

The setting in Nature is the one small downside, though it’s not a big issue. The place itself was wonderful, with great food and service.
