The staff were the best part for us, especially the gentleman who helped when we arrived. He was always available when we needed something, and so kind and helpful. Our room was very clean with a lovely garden view. We visited in autumn, and the flowers and warm colors outside were stunning. The restaurant has large glass windows looking out over the garden, and breakfast was fantastic, with lots of choices, from fried options to healthier ones. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Jasmine and highly recommend it.

The staff made the stay feel like home, especially Andrew, who was so welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the housekeeper seemed to know what we needed before we asked. We could eat inside or on the terrace, and the lobby's lovely decor felt warm and festive, especially on Saturday evenings. It's also just a 14-minute walk from Brașov Station. We had a genuinely delightful time.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The showers are bigger than usual, and the rooms have air conditioning. I highly recommend it, and it'll definitely be my go-to place to stay in Brașov.

The price is very reasonable, and the food is tasty, especially the "Burger Chef" and the potato sauce. The staff are kind and provide premium-quality service. It's a cozy place in a good, secluded area, away from the city's crowds and noise. I'll come back with great pleasure to try the other dishes :)

We only needed a room for part of the day to store our luggage and shower before our evening train, after visiting the close by Bran Castle. We weren't staying overnight and said we wouldn't need breakfast, even though the gentleman at the counter told us it was included. When we left in the late afternoon, he'd prepared a bag of packed sandwiches and a bottle of cold water for us. That's what I call going above and beyond, and I'm very grateful. The room was clean and pleasant, and the grounds were too, though we didn't use them. The whole property is very cute, and I'd consider it for a small wedding or party.
