Qosmo Brasov Hotel

We held a two-day conference here and the service was very nice. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and early check-in and late checkout were available. The rooms were large, modern, clean, and tidy. The restaurant is great too, and locals seem to like it as well. I had a surprisingly good customer experience at Qosmo.

You can open the windows at this beautiful hotel, so the air doesn't feel stuffy and you don't get that claustrophobic feeling. There's a mall nearby, plenty of parking, and a Macdonalds about 50 meters away. For around 12 euros, you can get a voucher for the nearby gym and small pool. The lights came on in the middle of the night. I switched them off three times, then finally had to remove the card. The lights only work with the original card.

Among the 4*+ hotels I've tried in Brașov, this is one of my favorites. I was pleasantly impressed, though I'm not easy to satisfy. My wife said the bathroom lighting was the best for doing makeup, even better than at home 🤨 The evening tea left in a thermos in the room was a nice surprise. Rooms were very clean, with bottled water, and the minimalist design still looks fresh after a few years. The price for accommodation is fair, breakfast has quality products, and there's free parking on site. The staff were the friendliest I've met at a hotel. There's plenty of space in the quiet, spacious elevators, and the place has lots of modern technology. A few things could be better: the pillows are too big and firm to sleep comfortably, and the mattress is quite hard. A hotel this nice should have an espresso machine in the room, which is already standard at this level. I had to make the reservation through Booking.com because the hotel website wouldn't let me book two rooms directly.

The welcome was so warm, and a special thank you to Sena, who's truly wonderful. The staff are professional, capable, and always smiling. The rooms are bright, spacious, and beautiful, with excellent bedding. Service and quality felt worthy of a 5-star hotel. I'd recommend this place without hesitation!
