The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the woman at reception who checked us in and out was warm and professional. She made us feel welcome. The setting is stunning, and service was excellent throughout our enjoyable stay. Breakfast had plenty of fresh choices each morning, all high quality and well prepared. The coffee was disappointing and could be better. We also loved the relaxing spa. At the pool, one very friendly staff member was doing everything, from towels and orders to serving drinks. She was clearly stretched thin, running around constantly. Adding another person there would make a big difference. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, so we didn't sleep well. We also missed having a coffee machine in the room, which I think should be a basic amenity for a place at this level. We'd consider coming back if they improved the bedding, added in-room coffee, and gave the pool area more support.

We enjoyed our stay overall during the summer. The hotel is in a beautiful natural setting and has a relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant is lovely, with lots of dishes, reasonable prices, and very good service. Rooms were cozy, the spa was enjoyable, and the breakfasts were tasty and atmospheric. Live music at breakfast made it especially pleasant. There were a few things that could be better. The cold pool smelled strongly of chlorine, and the outdoor hot pool didn't look quite clean, with sand on the bottom. No complimentary water was provided in the rooms, which surprised us. Our room was comfortable, but the balcony and a few spots inside hadn't been cleaned properly. The deposit process also felt outdated. Guests have to leave 150 RON during their stay, and it’s returned only after the room is checked at checkout. Even with these issues, we enjoyed our time there. A few improvements would make the experience better.

The employees were really nice and respectful, and the restaurant food was good. But service there was slow, with only a few waiters who seemed overworked. The reception and restaurant look amazing, though the rooms don't live up to that appearance or their price. They have an Instagram look without the quality to match. The hotel is 1.5km from the road, so having a car could be useful to get there. Don't be taken in by the pictures. It's not that good.

The food was a real highlight, with plenty of choice and everything tasting great. Staff were consistently helpful and professional, and I even got a complimentary upgrade to my room. I’d happily stay here again.

Breakfast has tasty food and thoughtful presentation, with live instrumental music that gives the morning a lovely feel. The rooms are roomy and well appointed, the beds are comfortable, and there’s a pleasant scent throughout. The pools are clean, the bar has a generous selection, and the loungers are comfortable too. In the evening, live music adds to the atmosphere. Staff are polite and ready to help. A good choice for families or couples looking for a romantic stay.
