4/10
The location is convenient, just a quick stop on the number 20 bus to Brasov centre, and the house has a beautiful, modern, luxurious interior. But there were problems with one shower and one toilet, and the approach is rough: lots of steps in poor condition, overgrown, with trees blocking any possible deck views. The worst part was the attached house next door, which seemed to be a squat and was in terrible shape. The occupants played music very loudly day and night with the windows open, and they were very bad musicians. Some bedrooms share a wall with the room where they played, so the noise was atrocious. One morning, barking dogs kept the whole house awake at 3:00am. Without that noisy neighbour, this would easily be a 4 star property. At certain times, the noise made it impossible to rest or sleep.
