Atria Urban Resort

There's plenty of space between the low-rise buildings, so neighbors aren't right on top of each other. Green space is everywhere, and the complex has the usual things you'd want: a pool, play areas, and inner roads for walking a pet, kids, or your partner. It has a strong community too, much better than the other residential developments I've experienced. A peaceful spot in the middle of the city's hustle, and a great place to live.

I was very impressed by Atria Urban Resort. After a long search and conversations with several development companies, choosing Atria was easy. The team gave me impressive support. Whenever I visited, it reminded me of the new urban developments in Wien, with low-rise buildings, open spaces, and lots of trees. It feels like more than an apartment building. I'm looking forward to Autumn 2024, when I expect to call Atria home. The area also seems to have a lot of untapped potential for now. Atria is much more than just a sustainable investment. The resort is clean and well maintained, and the main gate security guy takes his job seriously. A few times he didn't recognize me, so I had to give him details to convince him I was staying in one of the apartments. It made me feel very safe.

The courtyard pool is really nice. I also liked the straightforward architecture, tasteful finishes, and practical, efficient details. It feels like an honest response to what people need when they're looking for a good standard of living at an affordable price. One of the best residential resorts I've seen in Bucharest lately.
