I had a great stay, thanks to the owner, who's very kind and really looks after the guests. I honestly think this is the best, and I'd happily recommend it to others.

The room itself was clean, but very small, really only suitable for two people at most. The street is narrow and lined with parked cars, so getting in with a large car could be difficult.

The place is quiet, the owners are friendly, and the rooms are very clean. Each one has a Smart TV and free Wi-Fi, with access to popular streaming platforms, which was a nice surprise for this kind of accommodation. There's private parking and a smoking area too. The neighborhood is run-down and not the city's best, though it's still well connected and the low price reflects the area. There's a small lake nearby that's pleasant for a walk. There's no kitchen, but the rooms do have a microwave and kettle. We found only two cups, with no plates or cutlery, so we had to buy those ourselves. Tea and instant coffee were supplied, but there was no sugar. The bathroom was clean, though for two nights they left just two small sachets of body and hair soap.

Our neighborhood was so-so, but peaceful, and there was parking onsite. The lady was kind and helpful. We were five adults and got three studio apartments. Mine had a bedroom upstairs, and all three had bathrooms and were very clean. We had a really good time.
