City Hotel

Sometimes the entrance cards would be blocked while you were out of the room. At breakfast, once the food ran out, it took a long time for more to arrive, and some people were left without bread. Two stars sums it up for me.

For the price, it was a decent deal. The rooms were clean and okay, though the bed linen wasn’t warm enough for the cold. My room wasn’t cleaned, so I had to ask about it. When I got back from a walk, my Redmi headset was gone, and my lucky Senegal bracelet had disappeared too. I couldn’t find either. I complained, but the cleaning lady denied everything. I think she was lying, and she even got cocky and complained that I had lots of empty bottles. The receptionist wouldn’t consider that she might be lying. The device was cheap and I wasn’t completely sure, so I didn’t want to argue. Still, this left a very bad impression of Romania.

The location was the only good thing about this hotel. I was there with my students for a competition, and cockroaches came out of every room. We had booked breakfast, but it was very poor and unhygienic. The hotel was dirty and badly maintained, with leaking shower cabins and a damp smell. Please spend a little more for your health and choose a better hotel.

The location worked well, close to the shopping malls and the center, and the sheets and towels seemed clean. But you can hear every sound from the neighboring rooms and the hallway. The bathroom needs repairs as soon as possible, and the view out the window is somewhat post-apocalyptic.
