The place is basic, especially for the price compared with some very nice hotels nearby. Customer service was very poor. I needed to print something for an early morning visa appointment, and staff said on the phone before I booked that it would be possible. It wasn’t. I also asked for a late checkout and was told yes, but ten minutes later I was told I had to leave the room. I don’t recommend it.

The apartment was clean, with fresh sheets and towels, and a clean bathroom. It had cable TV, a fridge, and a stove, and felt better than a hotel. The manager was helpful and cooperative when our car had mechanical problems, helping us find a good local mechanic. Just be aware that nearby neighbors have roosters and lots of dogs, which could matter if sleeping in during the morning is important to you.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the place was very clean. It’s conveniently located about 10 minutes from Otopeni, near shops, and has parking too. One of my best experiences in Bucharest so far. I’d confidently recommend it.

The owner was really nice, and all the employees were very welcoming. Our room was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. I’d definitely recommend La Noblesse to anyone visiting Bucharest or coming here for business.

A great place to stay, especially if you need to be close to the airport.
