The food was okay, but the rest of the stay was awful, especially the staff. One receptionist acted unprofessionally and immaturely. Several times he used his key card to enter our rooms without knocking or saying anything, which felt scary and illegal. He also expected us to stay in our rooms all night instead of visiting friends. When we did visit them, he apparently spotted us on the cameras and came over to force us back to our rooms. Our towels weren't replaced once in five days, and when we asked for clean ones, there were only two available. Some noise is to be expected on a school trip, though that might be avoided if the hotel didn't have so many people staying at once. A horrible experience for a school trip.

We've been coming here for years, so it feels really familiar. The rooms are cozy and warm, and the service was great, just like always.

The facilities were fine, and the hotel is about 700 m from the metro, but the service let us down. We booked with a child and asked for an easy option like a sofa bed or extra bed. The receptionist was rude, raised his voice, and wouldn't help or tell us that the rooms already had sofa beds prepared. We only found that out later. The shower wasn't clean either. I won't stay here again or recommend it.

Amazing service, good food, and prices that were very affordable. This is the best hotel I've stayed at, and I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to experience Bucharest.

Vlad looked after us right away when we arrived without a booking, and the service was fantastic. The room was just right, the WiFi worked really well, and the location made it easy to get a taxi into the centre. After spending a night in another area, we came back without booking again, and Vlad sorted us out with no trouble. He's a star. I'd recommend this place if you're in Bucharest.
