My Hotel Apartments

The evening turned out better than I expected: they had put a topper on the bed, so it felt just right, soft above the firm mattress. The WiFi had improved too, and someone had washed the dishes and made the beds. The service was beyond five stars, and I finally got my hot shower. Earlier, I’d found the apartment conveniently located on a quiet street, with plenty of space and a good two-bedroom, two-bathroom setup for our business trip. It was clean, though the mattress needed attention and the third-floor WiFi barely reached the living room and not the bedroom.

We’re planning to stay here whenever we come back to Bucharest. The listing photos don’t really show how nice it is. Apartment # 2 was beautifully furnished and kept in great shape, with marble flooring and bathroom tiles that added an elegant touch. Housekeeping was the best we’ve experienced, with clear attention to the little details. Robes, slippers, toiletries, and everything else we needed to feel at home were provided, and the nearby Express Carrefour made it easy to pick up a few extra things. Christina, the property manager, was friendly, professional, and very helpful. She patiently arranged our taxi needs throughout the stay, which we appreciated since getting a taxi in Bucharest can be tricky. She also happens to look a lot like Angelina Jolie. Five stars for the property, six for the elegance, seven for the hospitality!

I was really impressed by the bathroom and living room, and all the little details made this a bit of a wow experience. It’s a great apartment for coming with friends. I’ve revised this because I realized I’d mixed it up with another apartment.

The staff were lovely, and the apartment is in a pleasantly quiet spot. A great place to stay.
