Dan went out of his way to get me into the apartment quickly, arriving with the key within half an hour even though it was around 10 pm. I’d only planned to be in Bucharest for a few hours, but an incident meant I needed somewhere to stay overnight. I found Nicole's apartment available and hadn’t expected her to host me so late. The place felt like home, warm and welcoming, clean, and stocked with everything I might need.

The location is superb, and the host seemed very kind at first. After my stay, though, he saw that I hadn’t given him a 10 in every Booking category. When I tried to book again, he said it was only fair to refuse me because I’d left a rating under 10, even though my overall score was above 9. That attitude earns one star from me. The place and a person's behavior both matter. Maybe this review will teach him something, though I doubt it.

The apartment has everything you need, and we had no trouble finding parking. The owners were kind and quick to respond. It’s a superb location.
