The room was quiet, and the mattress was comfortable, just what I want in a hotel. It’s a lovely, brand new modern hotel with amazing hosts. The bathroom was nice too, with high end cosmetics from the Rituals.

We came from Canada and couldn’t call a Romanian phone number, so we sent three emails about an urgent request and never got a reply. A family member went to the hotel about the same issue, but the employees, who didn’t speak Romanian, told her to call the owner. Nothing was resolved. The building is a concrete apartment block on a dusty street, and the customer service was very poor. After midnight the building is closed, so if your flight arrives at night, you have to call to get in. The room rates are even higher than JW Marriott. We’ll never stay at Pergola Boutique Hotel again.

We had dinner for two outdoors, and it all went smoothly. They provide directional heating and blankets. The burger and mulled wine were tasty, the staff professional, and the prices suit the location. Keep it up!

We had a pleasant breakfast, and I loved the colors, furniture, and desserts. But I shouldn’t have to speak English in my own country. I asked in Romanian and got an English reply. That doesn’t seem fair to customers who only speak Romanian.
