We were able to check in early because our hosts were so friendly. The balcony view was amazing, and the rooms were spacious. It’s a nice place close to the train station and town hall, but we had two issues: the rooms felt a bit cold, and two of the three bathrooms had an unpleasant smell.

We were 22 people and stayed for two nights, with room for even more, it seemed. The owners were great and helped us a lot whenever we needed it. The views are amazing, including a small river running right behind the place that you can see from about 60% of the rooms. I’d recommend it to everyone. If I go back to Bucegi, I’ll choose Casa Maia without a question 💚
