The hostess was friendly and spoke English, so we could understand each other. The kitchen was well equipped, and I appreciated the free coffee. For a moderate price, this is a nice, cozy place. Our room and bathroom were okay, though there was no shower curtain and the floor got wet. The room had a TV, a big bed, wardrobe, bedside table, and other stuff. Just be aware there are only stairs.

The room and shared areas were very clean, with fresh towels and sheets, and the balcony had a nice view. The interior has an old-fashioned style. But the bed was uncomfortable, there was no staff around to help, and I was alone at night. The WiFi signal wasn’t great either. Also, there was a guy smoking in the kitchen. Who was he?

The staff were friendly, the prices were affordable, and the location was handy for restaurants, shops, and the rail station. The kitchen, though, is tiny for accommodation with 8+ rooms. The room balcony faced a brick wall instead of the mountains 😧

I wouldn’t recommend this place. The listing said luggage storage was available, but there wasn’t any, and when I had very heavy bags to take up to the second floor, the receptionist didn’t offer to help. There was no shampoo, shower gel, or kettle in the room. The owner was very arrogant, and neither the owner nor the receptionist spoke English, which I think is a shame for a hospitality business.

We were renting a place, but it felt like we had to live with an alcoholic. The administrator got drunk, yelled at the children, and interrupted our remi game. I never imagined this would happen.
