Conac Bavaria

Sebi, whose mum is the chef, suggested we stop here on the way to Brasov. I can’t speak to the hotel, but the food was amazing. My wife had the crispy chicken rolls with two-toned risotto, while I chose the Bavarian sausage with white beans. Get the Bavarian crepes too, they’re ridiculously tasty. Everything was perfectly cooked and delicately flavoured. Definitely stop by if you fancy traditional Bavarian or Romanian food.

The beds were comfortable, the staff were nice, and the bathrooms had everything we needed. Each room also has a minibar and a safe for valuables. The TV was in an odd spot, but we hadn’t come to watch television anyway.

A night in one of the cozy rooms, a fantastic breakfast, and lovely memories sound like a great way to spend time here. The restaurant stood out for its varied menu, tasty food, and pleasant presentation, with attentive staff and an elegant, clean setting. The Bavarian pumpkin and garlic soups both compete for best taste and presentation. The Bavarian sausages served over large white beans will make your taste buds smile!

We were told beforehand that a wedding would be held on the first floor that night, but noise wasn’t a problem for us. The room was cozy, with a comfortable bed and pillows, and we appreciated the quality of the accommodation and service. Breakfast was generous, with six dishes to choose from. We recommend both the accommodation and restaurant.
