The rooms are basic but clean. It’s conveniently located for the cable car and local amenities, with a supermarket almost next door.

The cozy lobby even had a retro feel, and the stylish decor throughout was romantic and fancy. We came as tourists unsure whether this town had anything beyond hostels or inns, and this gem exceeded our expectations with top notch services for an unexpectedly low price. Everything was clean, the location was great, the bathroom was spacious with a proper shower, and there was parking across the street. The furniture looked as good as new, and the TV had more channels than I had patience to go through.

There’s no POS. It was a nightmare night, and I’d never stay again. The whole hotel smelled really bad, and it was noisy with the main road right in front. The door was so thin, maybe 2 mm, that I could hear footsteps outside all night. The bathroom was tiny and not clean enough, and the shower door didn’t feel safe.

The staff were friendly, and the price was fair. We chose Hotel Marasesti for one night because of the good location and budget price, but I wouldn’t recommend a longer stay. The room was ugly, a little dirty, and smelled.

The bedsheets hadn’t been washed, the bathroom was dirty, and the room had a weak door with a gap around it. The furniture was cheap and worn, and the view from the window was ugly. A regrettable stay.
