The view over Bucegi National Park is stunning, and this is easily one of the top spots in Bușteni for a proper beef steak. I work in the food industry, so I pay close attention to the details. The service was impeccable, the steak cooked perfectly, and everything was spot on. Even my Frenchie couldn't get enough of the meat. Highly recommended if you care about quality and flavor and want a dining view that speaks for itself.

We stayed at this hotel from 17-20 Sep 2024, and the restaurant was superb. Angel's warm hospitality made the stay unforgettable. He was friendly and prompt, and throughout our visit he made us feel cared for and valued. Thank you, Angel.

We couldn't get a room because the hotel was fully booked, so we went to Kayus Restaurant in Bușteni instead. The view was stunning and the service impeccable. Both the Romanian and English breakfasts were delicious, and the giant pancakes are a must-try. Aromatic coffee rounded out the meal nicely. I'd highly recommend Kayus for a great meal in a beautiful setting.

The view really is five-star, and the staff were friendly and excellent. The restaurant looked gorgeous, though it was expensive, and our room and bathroom were very clean. But for a place advertised as a four-star hotel, the basics fell short. There was no tea or coffee in the room, and the restaurant only provided coffee during reception hours, not around the clock. There should be an in-room supply or a 24/7 self-service option. The pillows were small, thin, and worn. Most disappointing was the hot tub: it was advertised as an amenity but cost 80 lei per person for each hour. With the already high price, charging extra for amenities felt ridiculous. Super disappointed.
