Pensiunea Atlantis

The room was practical and very nice, with a spacious bathroom and a balcony where we could enjoy the view in the morning. The shower was another story: the tap had pressure, but barely any came through the showerhead, so it was hard to wash. Then on our last morning we ordered coffee and found it awfully expensive, a total rip off. It wasn't worth the cost and left a bad taste, ruining at least part of our final morning.

The place was clean, the view was lovely, and breakfast was good. The people were nice and the service was good too. I wasn't in love with the bed, but we liked the hotel overall, especially the grape-smelling air freshener. We even bought one for home.

The rooms themselves were decent, warm, and clean, but the bathroom was tiny and the bathtub ridiculous. What really bothered me was how we were treated: we didn't see any staff until checkout day, when they left our hotel receipt alongside the mediocre, overpriced breakfast bill in the restaurant. For a place advertised as four star, I found that tremendously rude. After the heavy snow on the evening we arrived, nobody cleared a path or the parking lot, and the hilly side street was still covered too. The location is inconvenient, far from the city centre, and the Wi-Fi connection is poor. The general attitude and quality disappointed me. I'd have rated it a little better if it hadn't been advertised as four star.

The rooms with balconies look out over the mountains, with an amazing view. It's a very nice, clean place, and the staff were ok.
