The rooms were clean, though the area they’re in is bad.

We stayed one night, and the place was in poor condition. The walls were dirty, there were cobwebs everywhere, and the bathroom left a lot to be desired. There was a pair of work boots behind the bathroom door. By our door sat bags of dirty linen and an ironing board, while the host came with two people who made a lot of noise. We called to book and said we'd arrive in 10 minutes, but when we got there we waited by the door because the woman wouldn't answer. Her phone kept showing busy, as she was talking to her sister. I don't recommend it!
