Hotel Domnitei

I've never stayed at the hotel, but the restaurant is worth recommending. The food was delicious and the service lovely, with waiters who were polite and friendly. The toilets were also really clean and nice. As my mother says, you can get an idea of a restaurant kitchen's cleanliness by checking the toilets.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with Wi-Fi and large bathrooms. They provide spotless white towels, plus an extra towel and bathrobe for the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and salt room. The restaurant is clean and pleasant, the food is good, and the staff are nice. Parking is free and there are enough spaces.

It's a very quiet area in a lovely little town. The rooms and pool were clean, and the saunas and salt room were well maintained. Breakfast was nice, with a good selection of tea, and there was plenty of food to choose from, though vegetarian options were limited. Most of the staff were welcoming, but a few rolled their eyes when we asked for five more minutes to decide what to order.

We went for dinner because the host where we were staying recommended it, and the food was very good with generous portions. The hot chocolate was real chocolate, not powder or anything like that. The papanasi were also delicious and big, just like the other portions. The staff were kind, and one cold evening they invited us inside since the restaurant was empty. We'll return if we're in the area.
