Hotel Melodia

The room was spotless and in perfect shape, and the staff were professional and very hospitable. What really stayed with me was their honesty: almost a week after checking out, I realized I’d left a T-shirt in the wardrobe. I contacted them, they checked right away, and sent it back the next day. They handled the whole thing kindly and smoothly. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Hotel Melodia has one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. My family and I felt safe during this abnormal time, and the staff did more than a five-star job. It’s a quiet, elegant spot with a lovely garden, plenty of parking, and playgrounds for kids. It works for families and couples alike. The pool is great and checked constantly, and the bar has live music and nice staff. There’s also a fitness room, sauna, and massage. The rooms aren’t large, but they’re super clean. The restaurant was okay, though the food could be much better for a four-star hotel. That’s about the food, not the waiters. My experience with reception was pleasant, but the team could use more training in communication and handling customer conflicts. The hotel could score higher in ratings.

The rooms and staff were great, and the food was decent. I visited in mid-September, when most things were closed, and nearby construction made the surroundings look dull. It was a nice stay overall, and the area would probably be better once those buildings are finished.

The breakfast was poorly organised. They were almost always out of cups, plates, or spoons. The restaurant, on the other hand, was excellent. The hotel and staff were lovely, our room was clean and regularly cleaned, and the pool was great. The guys at the pool made one of the best cappuccinos I’ve ever had.
