The roof patio was amazing when I stayed in summer, and the restaurant had a great range of good food and drinks. I’ve stayed here twice for longer visits, and the rooms are nice. The staff were friendly and professional, especially Andreea Razim!

A short walk gets you to the Danube, and the hotel is right in the centre of town. The restaurant was really good, and the service was great. A really nice hotel.

We went back mainly for the shrimp tacos. We’d tried them before and kept dreaming about them after our last visit. They’re genuinely delicious, with juicy shrimp and crispy sesame tortillas. The staff at Hotel Imperio were very friendly and reasonably quick, even though it was quite busy. There’s a varied menu with plenty of tasty choices, and the portions are generous for the price. The desserts are always delicious too, and the baklava cheesecake is a must try. One small suggestion: the menu is confusing in places, and its dated design doesn’t fit the fancy look of the Hotel & Restaurant. It can be hard to read and pick out the dishes. That didn’t affect the quality of the service, but some better quality menu books would make a nice first introduction to the meal. Everything we’ve had so far has been delicious and full of flavour. We’d definitely come back to try more. Thank you!

We had another excellent stay, with delicious food and great service. This time we spent longer exploring the area. The Danube gave us the most spectacular views, what an incredible experience! Next on our list is the Danube Felta, just a two-hour drive away.

Everything looks new, and the rooms are nice and clean. The staff are really friendly, and the hotel itself is amazing. I’ve travelled a LOT, but this is the best hotel gym I’ve ever seen. Highly recommended 👌
