The hosts know the area well and make excellent local guides, and the accommodation and traditional food were impeccable. It’s especially well placed for wildlife enthusiasts and fishermen. The one drawback is about 15 km of badly broken road, with traffic moving at only 5-10 km/h, so a 4x4 is recommended.

The Danube Delta is wonderful for sightseeing and photographing its plants and wildlife, and the boats here can take you to some breathtaking spots. I came with my fiancée for a quick break from the city, and it felt truly romantic. The host was very polite and we had all the utilities we could want. I’ll be back next year. Mult noroc nea Marin!!

The food was very tasty and everything was clean. What really made the stay for me was the warm welcome, the empathy, and the care they showed for what guests wanted. Their recommendations were excellent and backed up with good organization. These are just some of the reasons I’ll return.
