Ares Apart Hotel

We booked two rooms for our family of seven, including young children, and expected to be split between rooms. We didn't expect those rooms to be in separate buildings. When we raised that, we were told that many families actually prefer to stay separately, sometimes in other parts of town. I can't imagine wanting to be away from my children on holiday. The original confirmation referred to "the" building, without making it clear that there were multiple buildings with separate addresses. We couldn't get a cancellation or refund, and despite cancelling, we were reported as not attending. We had to find somewhere else at short notice. That added a lot of avoidable stress at the end of our family holiday, and we lost £100s because they wouldn't accept responsibility for not being able to accommodate us appropriately.

We both had a lovely stay. The apartment was spotless and thoughtfully furnished, and using the self check-in and check-out was easy. Having an underground garage to park in was great too.

The view was awesome, and the place itself was new, clean, and really comfortable for a stay in cluj.

Very comfortable, and it had everything I needed.
