Bonanza Pensiune & Restaurant

The restaurant had a trendy, enjoyable atmosphere, and our waitress was friendly and welcoming. Sadly, the meal went downhill once the food began arriving. We’d been told one dish could take longer, and we all agreed to wait so that everything could come together. Instead, the dishes arrived in separate rounds. Some were cold, and one person’s meal was forgotten. When it finally came, the rest of us had nearly finished. We’d planned to order dessert, but by then we’d lost our appetite for it and decided to leave. The waiter did apologize for the mix-up, but that was all that was done. At most places, you’d expect some goodwill after a mistake like that, even just a complimentary dessert or drink. Paying over €200 for a disappointing meal that was handled so poorly was frustrating. It’s a shame, because the setting and staff had potential. I hope they improve their service and hospitality standards.

We came on someone’s recommendation to try the tripe soup, and it didn’t disappoint. The service was quick, the outdoor terrace was really pleasant, and there were plenty of parking spots.

First time eating here, and I’ll definitely be back. Delicious food, friendly atmosphere, and lovely staff. Good job!

The service is excellent, and the food is so tasty I can’t stop eating once I order. To me, this is the best restaurant in cluj. If I’m hungry, take me to Bonanza or let me die, because that’s the only food option I’ll accept.
