The location is practical, with a mall connected to the hotel. The room was spacious and modern, with a very large living room that worked perfectly for having guests over. Everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast is a must to include, you'll regret it if you don't. The whole team were amazing and supportive at breakfast and reception, and Atilla was a great help. I'll stay only there on my next trips to Cluj.

I stayed for two weeks across two different visits, and both were great. The rooms are huge, like mini-apartments, and have everything you might need. Platinia is one of the most luxurious hotels I've stayed in Romania, and its in-room amenities are among the best for me. The staff are very hospitable. Highly recommended!

Breakfast is just chef's kiss, and the services are good. The room is amazing, with loads of space, and the hotel is very well placed.

I'm still at the hotel and had to write this review right away. For this price, this is one of the best suites I've stayed in, with more than everything I need. The staff have been incredibly helpful, and the room is clean with lots of space to breathe. If I'm back in Cluj, I'm definitely staying here again. How could anyone give this Google review less than five stars?

The rooms are roomy and cozy, and the staff are friendly and professional. I was traveling with a pretty large work group, and check-in at other hotels has sometimes been chaotic, but reception handled us perfectly here. The cute receptionist with hippy vibes has great nightlife recommendations.
