I called to ask for more information because the website seemed like bait. The woman who answered laughed at me when I asked my questions in clear English, twice, and asked me to repeat myself. She hadn't introduced herself or the place, so I had to ask who I was speaking with. I thanked her and hung up. A holiday shouldn't begin with an interaction like that, and asking for politeness when you're leaving your money there isn't too much. I don't recommend it. Thanks.

I spent nearly two weeks at happy studio and had a great stay. The owner communicated very well, the conditions were more than acceptable, and the city-center price was reasonable. I'll definitely come back.

They treated us better here at Cluj Napoca apartments than we were treated at five-star hotels in London. Highly recommended!
