We booked three apartments but received just one gate remote. The host was quite rude, and we suspected we might be watched on the cameras. Their website mentions a grill terrace, but there isn't one and grilling isn't allowed. It also promises a fully equipped kitchen, yet there was only a cheap coffee machine and a tea maker, plus a stove that couldn't be used. There was no microwave or oven.

The rooms were okay, but the owner's attitude and all the restrictions completely spoiled the stay. The owner wouldn't let us use the kitchen, bring our grill, or stay outside after 11 pm, even though the booking site promised grilling and a fully functional kitchen. The website was full of false information. The owner's daughter also lives in the same house, and we had reason to think he was watching us through the cameras, so we didn't feel any privacy. The poor service and lack of hospitality alone deserve one star. People like this shouldn't rent out their property.
