The room was clean, but there was no heating in November!!! After using the toilet, there was water on the bathroom floor :)). The shower and furniture looked like they were from the 90s. Everything seemed infected rather than disinfected, and the room carpet felt and looked dirty, like it hadn't been changed in the last 20 years. I'll take some pictures to show you what I mean. If they want to call themselves a hotel, they need to change something. Right now it looks more like a hostel. And breakfast was... check the pictures, it was nonexistent at 8 o'clock in the morning! Very poor service.

The services are good quality, and the hospitality is very good. It's a 4-star hotel in the Zorilor neighborhood of Cluj-Napoca, with a generous location and plenty of parking space.
