I was satisfied with the stay. I booked for a concert night because the hotel is near BT Arena. The rooms were okay, though the carpet looked really old and worn, and some rooms may have a view of a building under construction. Breakfast was great, with plenty to choose from. There's also a small parking lot.

The beds were very good, breakfast was good, and the staff were helpful. It's near the city park and brewery, and you can walk to the city centre. I'd stay here again if I came back.

Breakfast had a wide selection, and the hotel was very clean. The cleaning ladies came each day to tidy up and change the towels. We spent three nights here, and the location was nice, close to the shopping mall and public transport. The one issue in our room was the windows. They didn't block enough sound, so around 6 am we could hear staff starting their shift and talking loudly.

The location worked really well for Untold, with the hotel a five-minute walk from the park, and one of the stages visible from the window. The place was quiet and smelled lovely, and my room was perfectly clean. Vlad is a real professional and a great guy who loves his work. I was very happy to spend two days here. Thanks to everyone for the service. Sending love from Ukraine 😊🫶

Breakfast was delicious and offered lots of options. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the bathrooms had quality amenities. The receptionist was so helpful and friendly, and the whole staff came across as professional. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.
