The original design is nice, and the photos give a good first impression, but the house has serious upkeep problems. A few steps inside without shoes and dust gets on your socks. There's dirt under and on every piece of furniture, power outlets that can't be used, and a bathroom cabinet coming loose from the wall. Cleaning and maintenance have suffered a lot. It's a nice, original design that's gone into disrepair. Make sure you can put up with what you find.

Everything was perfect, though the dishes could've used a little more cleaning.

A bit dirty, with lots of dust and old furniture.

Handy spot for a short stay in Cluj.

The place felt like a bus station waiting room as soon as I walked in. The lighting was dim, things felt dirty and sticky, and the kettle seemed to be there for show since it wouldn't heat anything. There weren't any pots for the stove, and without a shower curtain the bathroom floods. It smelled strongly of old inn, tobacco, and alcohol. The rent just isn't worth it when there are cheaper, more livable places around. I really can't recommend it.
