The apartment was advertised for four adults, but the bathroom's frosted glass walls were mostly see-through, and the walls between rooms were transparent too. From the dormitory, you could see whoever was in the bathroom and what they were doing. That's a huge privacy issue. To be clear, the interior walls that should be solid are transparent. The people managing these apartments were also unresponsive. When I raised the obvious complaint, they got defensive and wouldn't believe me, which made them very difficult to deal with. The service is at its lowest point. Even setting the apartment's flaws aside, I wouldn't recommend staying here because of how the place is run.

It's easy to get in and check in using the lock box, and everything was clean and tidy. The apartments are right in the centre of Cluj, with everything you need close by. I'd recommend this place for its location and a good stay in the heart of the city.

Our week at this aparthotel was a pleasure. It's quiet, modern, spotless, and central, only 75 meters from the superb Unirii Square. Cluj has a feeling of freedom, calm, and safety, which struck me as paradoxical. Our Romanian cousins are making wise use of their newly found freedom and setting an example for Europe. I hope their faraway neighbors, stuffed with subsidies, don't forget them. But I'm wandering off topic. Enjoy this aparthotel.

Construction work made my visit a bit inconvenient, which was a shame because this is a perfect base for exploring the city.
